Verizon One Talk Installations

Masters Telecom Responsibilities: 

Verizon One Talk installations include the setting up of Verizon One Talk phones next to existing phones and confirming phones are operational with 2-way voice. Assisting in the setting up of Voicemail and speed dials upon user request.  

Sales Team Responsibilities: 

Prior to installation the sales team will be responsible for the following: 

  • All phones are onsite.
  • Customer has been provided with Verizon One Talk Ports and Protocols documentation for Firewall and Network Assessment has been completed. 
  • Customer has plugged in one phone to test to confirm working with 2-way voice.
  • Providing configuration sheets of phones, MAC addresses and users. 
  • Providing an onsite contact person for installation. 
  • Customer has Ethernet access and power available at each phone location. 
  • Any wall mounts need to be provided. 

Not included:

  • Verizon One Talk Portal Setup 
  • Whiteboarding
  • User Training
  • Porting
  • Cable Runs
  • Removal of phones after porting
